Inquiry system carried out over mobile telephone transmits questionnaires, coded in suitable format, to any arbitrary number of conventional mobiles telephones with special applications, prepared for this purpose.Transmitted questionnaires are processed by applications within mobile telephone of each subscriber, indicated and with selected answeres transmitted to central server in suitably coded form.
