The object of this invention is to provide a device for mixing and feeding negatively charged oxygen ions and magnetized hexagonal water. The device includes a guide unit having an inner body and an outer body placed to surround the inner body while forming an oxygen path between them; a mixing unit having a mixing motor, a controller to control the motor, a mixing shaft rotated by the motor, and an impeller mounted to the mixing shaft to dissolve the negatively charged oxygen ions in the magnetized hexagonal water; a negatively charged oxygen ion generating unit having an air cleaner tank, an activated carbon tank, an oxygen generator to generate the negatively charged oxygen ions, and first and second zeolite tanks; and a magnetized hexagonal water producing unit having a first housing containing tormalines therein, a second housing including a first permanent magnet, and a third housing including a second permanent magnet.
