<p>The collector of spillages, e.g. of hydrocarbons, has rubber particles resembling powder formed through friction with a rough surface (3), and mixed with effervescent products. The powder can be spread direct on the hydrocarbons. An independent claim is included for a material used by the above collector, which produces an easily recoverable semi-solid substance where the powder corresponds to 20 per cent of the product spilled.</p> |
