<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress a film formed at a pour-out port from being dispersed outward. <P>SOLUTION: A substantially cylindrical barrel part 41 is a portion to be fitted to the opening 20 of the container main body 2 side, and has an outside diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the opening 20. An inner plug 4 has a shape integrating the pour-out port 40, the barrel part 41 and a head part 42. The nearly semi-spherical head part 42 located above the barrel part 41 is exposed from the upper part of the container main body 2 under the state that the inner plug 4 is fitted to the container main body 2. The pour-out port 40 provided on the center axle of the inner plug 4 passes through the top portion of the head part 42 and the bottom part of the barrel part 41.
