<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce effectively usable carbide by thermally decomposing an organic substance included in various kinds of treatment objects, and to store it without allowing a spontaneous fire. <P>SOLUTION: The organic substance included in the various kinds of treatment objects is thermally decomposed to produce the carbide.
