PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the impairing of detecting accuracy caused by the change of the output of hole elements in an anemoscope detecting the direction of wind by using two hole elements. SOLUTION: In this anemoscope for operating the directionθof wind on the basis of the voltage (Xi) of X-axis and the voltage (Y) of Y-axis, when one of the outputs of X-axis and Y-axis is 0V, the other voltage is taken as the maximum value or minimum value. On the other hand, when the other is 0V, one of the voltages is taken as the maximum value or minimum value. Then the outputs of X-axis and Y-axis are compared. When the difference is found, it is used as a correction coefficient, and multiplied by the output voltage (Xi) of X-axis, and the direction of wind is operated on the basis of the voltage of X-axis and the output voltage (Y) of Y-axis.
