PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag system capable of securing a high operating reliability even if it is influenced by external noises etc. SOLUTION: The airbag system 1 is equipped with a CPU 2, an IC 3 having a plurality of switching elements 34 to receive an ignite instruction from the CPU 2 and allow a squib 6 to make the igniting operation, and a plurality of ignite instruction transmitting paths 70 and 71 to couple together the CPU 2 and IC 3 independently for transmitting the ignite instruction to the switching elements 34 and 35.
