PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal boring machining center which efficiently works an object to be worked. SOLUTION: A pair of horizontal boring devices A<SB>1</SB>and A<SB>2</SB>are oppositely provided across a worktable device W. While a face milling cutter T<SB>1</SB>and a drill T<SB>2</SB>mounted on respective work spindles 4 constituting the pair of boring devices A<SB>1</SB>and A<SB>2</SB>are independently moved along three orthogonal axes respectively, the front face 1a and the rear face 1b of a mold D<SB>1</SB>placed on a worktable 32 constituting the worktable device W are concurrently worked.
