SOLUTION: This form-rolling die 20 for performing the finish form-rolling of the gear part of a work 10 provided with the gear part having the fixed tooth form composed of a tip, tooth flanks and dedendums is provided with a screw shape and also the screw shape is intermittently formed on the form-rolling die 20.
