PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist producing apparatus in which the flow rate of mist discharged from the mist producing apparatus for producing the mist by applying ultrasonic vibration to a liquid stored in a vessel is adjustable and the mist stream discharged from the apparatus is made easily visible. SOLUTION: A 1st nozzle and a 2nd nozzle are arranged respectively in the inside of the vessel storing a mist raw liquid and in the inside of a mist conducting part communicating with the vessel. The flow rate of the mist discharged from the apparatus is adjusted by controlling the flow rate of a 1st air stream and a 2nd air stream discharged respectively from the 1st nozzle and the 2nd nozzle.
