The computer control for a tower crane with an outrigger and rotatably mounted on a base uses the computer to neutralize the swinging action of the load as it is moved. The computer neutralizes swinging due to movement of the crane and external influences. The position of the suspended load can be determined by a camera to produce positional information via additional measuring instruments.
