PURPOSE: A packing box which can be used as bag is provided to pack an article, carry it conveniently without needing a shopping bag or bag and increase reutilization since a user can assemble and dissemble it with ease. CONSTITUTION: The packing box(1) comprises: a bag wall member(10) having a bottom plate portion(11), a plurality of first side wall portions(12), a first top plate portion(13) and a second top plate portion; a first coupling unit(40) prepared in the first and second top plate portions(13) and detachably coupling the first and second top plate portions(13); a box wall portion(20) having a pair of second side wall portions(21) and a pair of inside wall portions(22); and a hand grip portion(30) coupled to the first side wall portions(12) of the bag wall member(10) so as to be held and carried.
