PURPOSE: A drying device and method using a humidity sensor is provided to automatically control drying process by comparing the detected humidity with data about materials to be dried. CONSTITUTION: A drying device using a humidity sensor is composed of a data storing unit(10) for storing data about humidity and drying time, the humidity sensor(20), a control unit(30), and a drying unit(40). The control unit receives humidity from the humidity sensor, compares the detected humidity with data, and controls the drying unit.
