<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light source wherein irregularity of cooling efficiency between three LEDs is reduced and thermophoresis from a substrate to a heat sink is improved, when three (or two) LED substrates corresponding to three colors are connected with the heat sink. <P>SOLUTION: In a red LED substrate 11, red LED chips outputting red light are arranged in line in the main scanning direction and mounted. In a green LED substrate 21, green LED chips outputting green light are arranged in line in the main scanning direction and mounted. In a blue LED substrate 31, blue LED chips outputting blue light are arranged in line in the main scanning direction and mounted. The LED light source is provided with the substrates 11, 21, 31 and an integrally formed heat sink 2 for radiating the heat by sticking the substrate rear faces opposite to the LED mounting surfaces of the blue-green-red LED substrates 11, 21, 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
