<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-ground installation apparatus which permits installation of an object to be displayed, without applying the weight of the object to be displayed onto an internal apparatus body or infiltrating rainwater into an outer casing. <P>SOLUTION: The outer casing 2 is installed on the ground, and an apparatus body is stored in the outer casing 2. A reinforcement member 20 is fixed liquid-tightly inside a ceiling portion 2a of the outer casing 2.
