<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-positioning type mounting system capable of improving the function of a push-in type shield mounting system, in which a function of the mounting system is improved, with no defect as seen in a conventional product, the function of a headlight assembly of an automobile is improved, being self-positioning type for easily keeping an appropriate position, and dismounting for scrapping parts is easy, for recovery of an optical shield. <P>SOLUTION: A first sub-assembly 30 is positioned at the top part of a second sub-assembly 40. A compressive lock body 54 of he second sub-assembly 40 is inserted into a hole 34 on a flat surface 32 of the first sub-assembly 30. A first spring 56 is engaged with the inside part of a hanging side wall 38 while a second spring 58 engages with the inside surface of a rear wall 48. The pushing-in of a unit is completed after pressed into a fitting recess 14 while kept at the position so that the hanging side wall 38 slides and enters a lateral slot 26, to allow the compressive latch body 54 inserted in an opening 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
