PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in releasability, softness, and heat resistance and a clothing packaging film using the same. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises 25-89.9 wt.% component A, 10-70 wt.% component B, and 0.1-5 wt.% component C. Component A is a crystalline olefin polymer. Component B is either (b1) a noncrystallineα-olefin polymer satisfying the following requirements (1) and (2): (1) both a fusion peak with a heat of crystal fusion of 1 J/g or higher and a crystallization peak with a heat of crystallization of 1 j/g or higher are not observed; and (2) the content ofα-olefin monomer units is 30 mol% or higher or (b2) a vinylaromatic compound-conjugated diene copolymer and/or its hydrogenation product.
