PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem, in constructing a reinforced concrete building, that a reliable material for fixing reinforcing bars is not available and thus the reinforcing bar are often revealed on a concrete surface while retaining thickness of cover concrete is very important for ensuring a grade and strength of the building. SOLUTION: A simplified separator (2) for fixing a form with an inner side (10) and an outer side (10') is applied. First, at thickness of cover concrete positions of the separator (note that because thickness of cover concrete and width of reinforcing bars are different depending on areas, such positions like 30m, 40m, 45m to be corresponded respectively) recessed grooves are provided. Then reinforced bars are bound and fixed with a binding wire (9) at the inner side (center of wall) with the groove as a starting point, so that the thickness of cover concrete (S) is secured. Moreover, since neither a width fixing bar (14) nor a spacer (13) are used, there are few objects to prevent a flow of concrete and a rock pocket or the like seldom occurs when concrete is placed. A jaw part (5) is mounted at the back of a screw to replace a hexagonal nut (3), since it is a hard work to install the hexagonal nut (3) at the site. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
