PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a proper smear correction according to a purpose and conditions of imaging without deteriorating an image quality. SOLUTION: A smear line signal of an imaging signal to be outputted from a solid-state image sensing device 4 is stored in a smear line memory 7, a value of the smear line signal is restricted by a limit circuit 8 and the smear correction of the imaging signal is performed based on the restricted value.
