PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal which automatically sets an address of a communication partner as a data transmitting destination in the case of transmitting data to the communication partner at the time of a telephone call. SOLUTION: During the telephone call on a cellular phone terminal 1, user selects data desired to be transmitted among pieces of data displayed on a display output part 14 by an operation part 11 and performs a transmitting operation. A control part 15 generates an electronic mail using the selected data as an attached file. Next, the control part 15 retrieves a telephone number as a call termination number and a call number of the communication partner from a telephone directory stored in a storage part 23. Next, the control part 15 acquires an electronic mail address of the communication partner in data of one individual of the telephone directory in which the retrieved telephone number is registered from the storage part 23 and sets it as the transmitting destination of the electronic mail.
