<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain a highly reliable measured data even in a curved portion of a coil, of course, in a linear portion, without removing a rotor and without requiring a human to get into an inside of a generator. <P>SOLUTION: This coil inspection device is provided with an inspection head for measuring a physical quantity of the coil, a link mechanism for moving the inspection head along a radial direction of a rotor shaft to position it in a prescribed position on a coil side face, a feed mechanism for moving the link mechanism along an axial direction of the rotor, a circulation mechanism for circulating the link mechanism and the feed mechanism around the rotor shaft to position them in the vicinity of the inspecting objective coil, a controller for controlling them, and a data processor for processing and storing the measured data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
