<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a roof lamp which can facilitate lamp replacement work by eliminating the work inside a vehicle such as removal of a roof trim. <P>SOLUTION: A lamp fixation bolt member 29 inserted from the lower end of a fixation hole 16b of a mounting piece 16a extending from the lower part of a lamp body 16 is mounted to protrude upward in a housing-side mounting part 23 of a fixation bracket 20.
