PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated plating factory of a gravure printing roll to be plate-made, which automatically conducts a series of plating steps for gravure printing rolls to be a plate-made and further a cell-forming step during night with an unattended operation, and to provide a turntable type roll-stocking apparatus suitable for a gravure plate-making factory. SOLUTION: This turntable type roll-stocking apparatus can lean many rolls to be plate-made circumferentially against a roll pallet into one stage or two stages in a slanting position so as to make the oval-faced direction of the roll to be plate-made match the generator line of a conical surface, and can stop an arbitrary roll pallet at a predetermined position so as to stock or take out the roll to be plate-made into or from the roll pallet.
