PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically or semi-automatically prepare page update information by providing a largely updated Web page to a site manager. SOLUTION: The number of links of the file of each page in its own site 1 and the file size and document vectors are stored in a page DB 2, and an update information managing part 3 stores the update quantity and update time and file name of the page whose update quantity exceeds a threshold as a page update information table 4. An update information candidate generating part 5 extracts the page having the update time following the preparation time of the page file whose page update information is stored as the update page contents candidate. An update information page editing part 6 extracts the page information being the update page contents candidate from the site and page DB, and displays the information being the update page candidates as a list chart, and displays the designated page.
