METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY EXTRACTING PARTIAL ISOMETRIC DRAWING THAT WORKER WANTS ON PLANT DESIGN SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for automatically extracting an isometric drawing on a plant design system is provided to efficiency extract/manage the isometric drawing by automatically/quickly extracting the isometric drawing of a desired part from the 3-D(dimensional) modeling drawing information and preventing the overlapped management of the extracted isometric drawing. CONSTITUTION: A drawing list of a check result is displayed to a worker by checking a drawing extracting work for the selected isometric drawing(S23). The isometric drawing selected from the drawing list is displayed to the worker(S26). If a drawing making/updating work is ordered, the work information is stored in a database after setting the information and a part number for extracting the BOM(Bill Of Material) data(S31). The target work information is transferred as a batch file, and the isometric drawing and the matched BOM data are extracted by a background task(S33). The extracted isometric drawing and BOM data is stored in a work management folder of a file server(S34).
