PURPOSE: A network camera including a hub is provided to serially connect the network camera to the Ethernet without using a hub to easily transmit compressed video data to a network DVR(Digital Video Recorder). CONSTITUTION: A network DVR system includes a plurality of network cameras and a network DVR receiving data packets transmitted from the network cameras. Each of the network cameras includes a video encoder(40), a data compressor(50), and a hub(60). The video encoder converts an image captured by the network camera into a digital video signal. The data compressor compresses the digital video signal output from the video encoder. The hub multiplexes a data packet(151) output from the data compressor and a data packet(152), which is uplinked by another network camera and output from another network camera, and uplinks the output(153) to another network camera.
