The valance has a valance part provided with a border (1), an electrical junction box (2) and a universal support mechanism (3), where the junction box is attached on a back part of the border and embedded in a wall (5) of the valance part. A plastic strip is arranged with a pipe holder and equipped with circular or polygonal shaped holes, where size of the circular or polygonal shaped hole is equal to the section of the electrical junction box. The border is provided with a paper, a decorative incandescent lamp (7) and a crystal part.
