The valance has a border part (1), an electrical junction box (2) and universal support mechanisms that are clamped with a valance body. The valance body is provided with a circular or polygonal opening whose size is matched with size of the electrical junction box. The junction box is attached on a back part of the border part, which is embedded in a wall. The border is provided a plastic strip and a cutout part. The plastic strip is arranged in a cradle of the border part. Sections of circular or polygonal holes are equal to sections of the junction box. The support mechanisms are selected from a group consisting of a switch, a doorbell, an electrical outlet, a TV outlet, a phone and a computer.
