<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dentistry tool for which a washing process is not necessary, and the manufacture cost of which is low, and which is superior in the aspect of hygiene. <P>SOLUTION: An expansion tool for expanding a hole formed in a bone is partially equipped with a spiral screw 12 hung on the hole wall to pass through the hole 8, and also equipped with the expander main body 10 having a circular section and at least partially taper-like stretch straight line opening part, and the expander tool can be connected to a moving means which can rotate the expander tool by twist strength around the axis line A.
