<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting information system in which the remaining amount of the deposit can be checked without any terminal operations after passing through a tollgate regardless of whether a car-mounted ETC device is connected to a navigation device or not, when traveling a toll road which automatically collects a tool using a prepayment system. <P>SOLUTION: When a navigation device 100 detects that a vehicle passes through a tollgate, the navigation system 100 outputs a passing signal.
