PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication support method, by which information based on the sex and social position of a user on the information receiver side is passively given, a management server, an image distribution server, a bidirectional image communication server, a receiving terminal, a transmitting terminal and a communication support system device. SOLUTION: The receiving terminals 1a, 1b to 1z have a delivered image reproducing part 11 reproducing information service, and the transmitting terminals 2a, 2b to 2z have a distribution image transmit part 21 transmitting information service and a distribution destination profile register part 23 notifying the distribution information of every information service. As a common server, the communication support system device includes: the management server 3 having a user profile storing part 32 where the individual user profile of each user is registered, and a control function part 31 retrieving for a user conformable to distribution information; and the bidirectional image communication server 5 having an image distribution function part 41 distributing information services and performing centralized management for the image distribution server 4 or call control.
