PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately collect films after release even with a simple and low-cost structure. SOLUTION: For holding the film 14 released from a face of one side of a plate-shaped body 7 mounted with an electronic part 13 on a face of the other side and sealed with resin, this release film holder comprises a suction wall 46 formed with a plurality of suction holes 47 for sucking a non-adhesive surface of the film 14 released from the plate-shaped body 7.
