PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pathological trimming folder capable of preventing slip-out or lateral/vertical movement of an edge, even when segmenting a large organ. SOLUTION: This pathological trimming folder comprises a body A provided with a longitudinal groove 4 for mounting a microtome blade replacement 3 having a blade replacement extraction hole 2 on a tapered part 1 on the tip, and provided with a projection 5 to be engaged to the blade replacement extraction hole 2 on the bottom part a of the longitudinal groove 4, a clamping piece B provided with a hole 6 to be enaged with the projection on the inner surface b, and mountable on the longitudinal groove 4, and a clamping cap C capped on the clamping piece B mounted on the tapered part 1 of the body A and on the longitudinal groove 4, for pushing the clamping piece B into the longitudinal groove 4 and preventing elimination from the longitudinal groove 4.
