PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock-absorbing device capable of reducing the weight thereof without degrading slip torque and lifetime. SOLUTION: In a center case 20 of a shock-absorbing device, a stepped part 20b protruded to a fixed disk 22 side is provided on a front plate part 20A, and a plurality of projection parts 20c are provided on the stepped part 20b. The fixed disk 22 is disposed with a rotary disk 21 held between the front plate part 20A and itself, and holes 22a formed in the fixed disk are fitted to the projection parts 20c provided on the front plate part 20A to regulate the rotation. Since the shock-absorbing device has the stepped part 20b on the front plate part 20A and the projection parts on the stepped part 20b, the rotation can be regulated by fitting the holes 22a in the fixed disk 22 in the projection parts 20c without reducing the thickness of the rotary disk 21 even when the thickness of the front plate part 20A is reduced.
