PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper and its manufacturing method capable of being precisely tuned for each predetermined resonance frequency range and fully obtaining vibration damping effect. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the cylindrical dynamic damper, the vibration of a rotating shaft S is suppressed in a state of being press-fitted externally to the rotating shaft S. A plurality of cylindrical mass members 1 and 2 are arranged coaxially with respect to a core and parallel with the axial direction of the core. Rubber-like elastic bodies 5 and 6 with mutually different spring constants are vulcanized and formed between each mass member 1 and 2 and the core. A rubber compound is fed into between each mass member 1 and 2 and the core corresponding to each spring constant to integrate adjoining rubber like elastic bodies 5 and 6.
