PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a limiter operation area and improve response in a fly wheel with a torsional damper annexed with a limiter mechanism. SOLUTION: This fly wheel 1 has a first rotator 21 and a second rotator 22 relatively rotatable to the first rotator. In the first rotator 21, a pair of fluid chambers R1, R1 is formed, and in the second rotator 22, at least a pair of fluid pressing surfaces 35a, 35a is arranged so as to change respective volumes of these fluid chambers R1, R1. In this fly wheel 1, elastic bodies 40 are attached so as to resist movement of these fluid pressing surfaces 35a, 35a and circulation is performed mutually between a pair of the fluid chambers R1, R1 by communicating passages 51, 52. Further, when pressure in one of a pair of the fluid chambers R1, R1 exceeds a predetermined value, fluid is permitted to flow into the other fluid chamber through the communicating passage 51/52, and in other cases, opening and closing valves b are arranged so as to stop the flow.
