PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel supply accuracy in start-up. SOLUTION: This system is constituted to predict the engine air amount of an internal combustion engine and to predict a change in the engine air amount based on an engine position. The system is particularly suitable for engine start-up where engine air amount is difficult to predict due to low engine speed and limited sensor information.
