摘要 PURPOSE: A bias voltage generator circuit and a differential amplifier circuit are provided to assure a constant current in a constant current circuit in the differential amplifier circuit, even when a common mode voltage of a reference voltage signal(Vref) of the differential amplifier circuit varies. CONSTITUTION: The first constant current generation unit generates a constant current(Isw). The first transistor includes the first current electrode, and the second current electrode, and a control electrode, and the first potential is applied to the first current electrode through the first constant current generation unit. The second transistor includes the first current electrode where the second potential is applied, and the second current electrode connected to the second current electrode of the first transistor, and a control electrode connected to the second current electrode of the first transistor. The constant current flows between the first and the second current electrode. A voltage signal is inputted to the control electrode of the first transistor, and the potential of the second current electrode of the second transistor acts as the first bias voltage.
