PURPOSE: A particle radiation therapy system with improved irradiation preparation is provided to prepare the irradiation in any one therapy room without considering the situations of other therapy rooms. CONSTITUTION: The particle radiation therapy system includes: a charged particle beam generating device, radiating the charged particle beam; plural therapy rooms(2A), having a charged particle beam irradiation device(15A); a charged particle beam transporting device, having plural beam paths(61,62), and communicated with the charged particle beam generating device so as to respectively transport the charged particle beam, radiated from the charged particle beam generating device, to each irradiation device inside the plural therapy rooms(2A); and a control system(90), forming the beam paths(61,62) which lead the charged particle beam to each irradiation device according to the determined order number.
