PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering the VR(Virtual Reality) goods contents information based on the network are provided to expand the membership registration of a member company by offering the image based VR goods contents information with no charge and make profits by offering a Web-3D(Dimensional) based VR goods contents information with the charge. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a web server(320) and a database server(340). The database server includes a member company database(360) and a VR goods contents database(380). The VR goods contents database includes an image based VR goods contents database(382) and a Web-3D based VR goods contents database(384). A user terminal(100) and a member company terminal(200) connect to the web server through the Internet(400). The web server includes an input module for making the member company input information, a search module for searching the VR goods contents information, a security/certification module processing security and certification, and a settlement tool processing the settlement information of the member company.
