PURPOSE: An automatic coating system is provided to improve a coating unit of various qualities, and to make the improvement and equalization of the quality possible by analyzing all kinds of data, computer-processed by a robot automatic control. CONSTITUTION: The automatic coating system includes the processes of; making the coating work easy, by means of a surface processing by injecting an anion and removing static electricity from the material to be coated, in an ionizer booth(10); coating the surface-processed material to be coated by a spray gun in a spray booth(20); drying the coating surface of the material in an I.R oven(30); coating the dried coating surface using UV radiation in an U.V. chamber(40); and drying the UV-coated surface by injecting ultraviolet rays in a drying chamber(50); wherein the processes are continuously carried out by a conveyor rotating in one circle.
