PURPOSE: A signal lamp having identification symbol is provided to protect the pedestrian from the traffic accidents by performing the safe pedestrian guide function. CONSTITUTION: A signal lamp having identification symbol includes an install frame(1), a stop signal unit(2) and a progress signal unit(3). The stop signal unit(2) is installed on the install frame(1). The progress signal unit(3) controls and guides the progress of the pedestrian on the crossroad. The progress signal unit(3) is consisted of a frame(31), a counting display unit(32) and a liquid crystal display(33). The signal lamp having identification symbol is composed of the counting display unit(32) which displays an identification symbol and counting number by second unit.
