<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RNA virus vector available to gene therapy. <P>SOLUTION: This invention provides an RNA virus vector useful for the gene therapy. The RNA virus vector of the invention has cell infection ability, RNA autonomous replication ability and contact infiltration ability, but does not have propagation ability.
