PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device in which an auxiliary machine is disposed on a shaft other than an input shaft in a case, and in which compactness can be achieved even with a torque transmitting mechanism and a parking lock mechanism. SOLUTION: This power transmission device is provided with an oil pump 30 disposed on a shaft other than the input shaft of the power transmission device, the torque transmitting mechanism, and the parking lock mechanism 100. A manual shaft 13 as part of an operation system of the parking lock mechanism 100 is disposed in a space 39 formed between a suction oil passage 36 and a delivery oil passage 38 respectively communicated with a suction port 32 and a delivery port 34 of an oil pump 30.
