PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hybrid electronic component which has a resistor on the outer electrode side of an element and whose breakdown voltage is enhanced remarkably. SOLUTION: The hybrid electronic component comprises an element body, and a pair of first outer electrode and second outer electrode formed on the opposite end faces of the element body wherein a resistor is provided at least on one outer electrode side.
