摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste incineration method and a waste incinerator allowing long stable operation by preventing unburned matters and incompletely burned matters from being settled and stacked on a furnace wall and also preventing a fire grate from being damaged due to low temperature corrosion and high temperature corrosion. SOLUTION: A temperature is controlled so that either of the surface temperatures of the fire grate 3, furnace lower side-wall in contact with a material to be incinerated, or the fire grate 3 and the furnace lower side-wall is heated to a temperature of 200 to 450°C. A heat exchanger 41 circulating a heat medium of a specified temperature exceeding, for example, 200°C is installed in heat transfer structures based on the heat transfer structures D and E for either of the surfaces of the fire grate 3, the surface of the furnace lower side-wall in contact with the material to be incinerated, or the fire grate 3 and the furnace lower side-wall, temperature detecting means 27, 34 of the surface temperatures and the detected surface temperatures.
