PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the production cost in a clutch disk having a cushioning function. SOLUTION: This clutch disk 23 of a clutch disk assembly 1 to which the torque is input from a rotator is provided with a pair of friction facings 17, an annular plate 15 and a pair of elastic members 21. A pair of the friction facings 17 is arranged to face each other in an axial direction and can be connected by pushing them to a fly wheel 31. The annular plate 15 is arranged between a pair of the friction facings 17 in the axial direction and is fixed on a clutch plate 7 of the clutch disk assembly 1. A pair of the elastic members 21 is arranged between each of the friction facings 17 and the annular plate 15 in the axial direction respectively and has elasticity respectively.
