PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric spacer which can easily be applied to a bolt having a positional deviation or an inclined implanted bolt relative to the base, and has a smoothly mountable sphere core. SOLUTION: The eccentric spacer has the sphere core, and is equipped with a first eccentric through-hole 2 receiving the bolt implanted to the base, a cylindrical lower part block 1 having a half spherical recessed part 3 communicating to the upper part of the first eccentric through-hole 2, the cylindrical upper block 5 having the first eccentric through-hole 2' receiving the bolt and a half spherical recessed part 3' communicating to the lower part of the first eccentric through-hole 2', and the sphere core 8 having a second eccentric through-hole 9 receiving the bolt. An assembly body having the sphere core 8 in the spherical space part formed at the inside combined the lower part block 1 with the upper part block 5 is stored into a fixed body having the through-hole. The bolt is applied and penetrated to the second eccentric through-hole 9 of the sphere core 8, and fastened at the upper surface of the fixed body to fix the fixed body at the prescribed position relative to the base.
