PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which is hardly whitened even by performing V-cut processing or bending processing by optimizing a relation between tensile elastic moduli of a protective layer and a transparent synthetic resin layer. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet comprises at least the protective layer, the transparent synthetic resin layer and a colored synthetic resin layer on a base material of the decorative sheet. A ratio of the tensile elastic modulus at 100% elongation of the transparent synthetic resin layer to the tensile elastic modulus at 100% elongation of the protective layer is 1.0-2.
