PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the occurrence of dust which causes a problem when bark, an ecological natural material, containing various effective components is used effectively. SOLUTION: Dry leaves of cypress family trees are mixed with the dry bark so that the content of the leaves is at least 22 wt.%, and the mixture is crushed.
